Well a lot has happened since we last posted. We decided to put our house up for sale. We had been thinking about it for awhile and went for it. We put it up on the 24th of July, put it under contract on August 10th, closed on August 31st, and now we live just down the street in a townhome. We'll be here for a year or until we decide to build or buy again.
Peyton's growing up fast. We can't believe he'll be a year old next month. Crazy. He's not walking yet, he's stubborn. Must be the Johanson in him (or maybe the Randall). Actually, I think he knows he can get into anything he wants, by crawling, so he doesn't care to walk. He's starting to say some things that are actually discernable too.
